Booking Cancellation Policy

0% holiday debit (nil deduction), meaning your booked holiday is safely credited back, though any specific exchange fees may remain non-refundable.

Within 30 days of check-in
100% debit of the booked holiday (no refund or credit of the holiday use).

Events / Special Packages
100% refund if cancelled more than 15 days prior; 50% refund if cancelled 7 to 15 days prior; 0% refund if cancelled less than 7 days prior.
